Wastewater Treatment and Reuse
The accumulated experience of INWRDAM in the field of wastewater treatment and use proved that there are many opportunities to conduct research on wastewater treatment and reuse. This could include, for example, the potential and the adaptation of Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) technology to treat wastewater and use it for irrigation in selected communities living in peri-urban areas of the Middle East and North Africa Region and other similar regions were demand for water is critical issue.
Specialized organizations are welcome to contact INWRDAM to discuss forming partnerships and prepare research proposals to be submitted to potential international donors for funding.
